Just a quick update to say that, although initially I had been told that I would leave today (Friday), the latest word is that it will actually be either Sunday or Monday. Still don't have a ticket, so I don't know exactly when. I'm basically all packed and ready, so it's not a big deal, but it would be nice to know.
Update: Apparently I'll be leaving Tuesday. Still don't have a ticket, though.
And update again: I finally got a ticket confirmation, less than two days before leaving. Flying out of Burlington at 11 on Tuesday morning, stopping in New York and Munich (most of a day there - maybe I can go into the city?), and arriving in Tbilisi at 3 in the morning on Thursday.
