After meeting up with people from a couple other flights, we went to a hotel and slept for a few short hours. We're off shortly to a meeting at the Ministry of Education and Science (our sponsoring organization within the government), before heading off to the city of Kutaisi, where we will have our orientation. I'm tired, but exhilarated, and looking forward both to getting to know my fellow teachers and to seeing some of the country today.
Oh, excellent! I'm so glad you got there all right. Good luck sorting everything out!
ReplyDeleteHave fun!! I hope you finally get some sleep tonight.
ReplyDeleteWe are looking at a map to see where Kutaisi is. Hope you are meeting some great people and getting adjusted to the time change. Love you...Aunt Lynne
